• You are the contact person for all HR issues at the site and look after around 80 employees:
• you reliably maintain the working time recording system
• you process the monthly payroll accounting and finalise it together with an external tax office
• you create job advertisements, conduct job interviews and accompany selection processes
• you are responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding process
• you carefully maintain digital personnel files

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in HR is part of your portfolio
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive data is a matter of course for you
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working characterises you
• You are fluent in German
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
