• Disposition and deployment planning: planning, control and coordination of personnel deployment according to customer requirements is in your hands
• You take care of recruitment and applicant management by placing job advertisements, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
• Acquisition of new customers (acquisition): Actively approaching potential customers and building long-term business relationships are also part of your tasks
• You are responsible for looking after existing customers by maintaining and expanding existing customer contacts and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• All sales activities in the office and in the field by preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and making regular customer visits on site are within your remit
• As a contact person :for assigned employees in all personnel-related issues
• Maintenance of master data, documentation and general organisational activities round off your area of responsibility

• You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in personnel services or in the HR sector
• You are characterised by an affinity for sales and enjoy dealing with people
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, organisational talent and assertiveness
• an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working is important to you
• a class B driving licence and car round off your profile
