• You will carry out cost calculations in the heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing (HVAC) sector
• You will analyse and evaluate tender documents and specifications in close consultation with the technical and sales departments
• You prepare structured lists of quantities, prices and costs
• You obtain and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• You work with colleagues from the costing and project management teams on cost-effective alternatives and special offers
• You will prepare for and provide support during contract award negotiations
• You will ensure cost transparency and cost-effectiveness during the tender phase

• You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship
• You have experience in tendering, project management, controlling, procurement or internal sales
• You have an interest in technical services in the HVAC sector
• You are confident working with figures, tables and costing logic
• Experience with tools such as RIB iTWO, Excel, SAP or similar systems is an advantage
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You approach your tasks in a structured, meticulous and independent manner
