• You will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of building services systems, with a focus on plumbing, heating and air conditioning
• In order to identify and rectify faults in controlled systems (ventilation and supply systems, gates)
• Carrying out inspection rounds and reporting any defects identified in our client’s systems and buildings round off your role

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as an HVAC technician (m/f/d), a gas and plumbing engineer (m/f/d), heating engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in the aforementioned field
• furthermore, you have a good understanding of utility systems
• Additional qualification: Class B (3) driving licence
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system and to be on call
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently
