You will be responsible for the technical planning and coordination of maintenance work on all heating, ventilation, plumbing and air-conditioning systems at the client’s premises. You will also be responsible for monitoring, inspection and timely maintenance of all building services systems in accordance with applicable manufacturer’s specifications and safety standards. Furthermore, you will oversee the systematic troubleshooting, fault rectification and the recommissioning of complex utility infrastructures to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Managing external service providers and tradespeople during refurbishment works, as well as the acceptance of services rendered, is also part of your remit. As part of your role, you will assist with the preparation and updating of technical documentation, test reports and the documentation required by the authorities. Furthermore, you will assist in providing expert technical advice to internal departments and solution-oriented support to the relevant contact persons at each client. Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with all relevant legal regulations, health and safety guidelines, and applicable quality and environmental standards

• You have completed further training as a HVAC technician (m/f/d) or a master craftsman (m/f/d) in building services engineering, with an apprenticeship as a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in refrigeration technology
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the planning, operational management or maintenance of complex HVAC systems, as well as in technical building services
• You are distinguished by your confident proficiency in standard MS Office applications, CAD software, as well as modern building management systems and technical maintenance software
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of technical English to ensure clear and understandable communication in a technical working environment
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work and a strong technical understanding of complex building infrastructures
• Finally, you are customer-focused, a strong communicator and always work in a goal-oriented, meticulous and solution-focused manner when tackling technical tasks on a daily basis
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
