• In the field, you will manage existing customers independently
• You will actively acquire new customers in your sales region
• You will carry out targeted needs analyses
• You will present our portfolio convincingly
• You will confidently manage price and contract negotiations
• In an office-based role, you will prepare for and follow up on customer visits
• You will prepare quotations and process orders reliably
• You handle lead management in a structured manner
• Telephone-based acquisition is also part of your remit
• You coordinate appointments for the field sales team independently

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ professional experience in sales, ideally in a combined in-house and field sales role or in consultancy-intensive B2B sales
• You are confident using MS Office
• You hold a driving licence
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident, persuasive manner are your strengths
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
