• You will look after building services systems directly on site and ensure they operate reliably
• You will carry out maintenance, inspections and repair work on electrical and building services systems independently
• In the event of faults, you will systematically investigate the cause, rectify faults and carry out repairs
• You will carefully carry out safety and functional checks on the systems
• You commission new or refurbished systems and instruct users on how to operate them
• You monitor and manage the services provided by external contractors and coordinate with them during their work
• Once your work is complete, you draw up documentation and reports and, where necessary, enter them into IT systems
• As part of on-call duties, you respond to emergency call-outs and quickly restore the systems to full working order

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or electrical fitter (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in the maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of building services systems
• You can provide a certificate of good conduct
• You are confident in using the MS Office applications Excel, Word and Outlook
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to take part in on-call duties and emergency call-outs
• You are willing to undergo a security clearance check (SÜZ)
• You hold a Class B driving licence
