• You will process customer orders and enquiries reliably and on time
• You will clarify delivery date enquiries and provide feedback to customers
• You will handle complaints carefully and with a focus on finding solutions
• Handling shipments is also part of your remit
• As the point of contact in the internal sales team, you are available to assist customers
• You play an active role in projects such as digitalisation or the introduction of a new ERP system

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in technical internal sales
• You are confident using MS Office and an ERP system
• You have a very good command of German and a good, fluent command of English
• A quick grasp of new concepts and analytical skills round off your profile
