• You will be responsible for the entire commercial order processing (order entry, AB, invoicing, accounts receivable)
• You will arrange and handle deliveries with hauliers and parcel services
• You will reliably coordinate delivery dates
• You will pre-allocate expenses, costs and invoices
• You will draw up quotations and follow them up conscientiously
• You will advise customers and prospective clients by telephone
• General office, sales and administrative tasks round off your remit

• You have several years’ experience in internal sales of products that require technical explanation
• Ideally, you have experience in structural fire protection, with building products or in the construction supply industry
• You have good IT skills, particularly with SAP S/4HANA (at least the SD module) and MS Office (particularly Excel, Word and Access) are among your strengths
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is desirable
• A good technical understanding rounds off your profile
