• You will provide comprehensive and independent basic care for residents as planned.
• You will document care procedures carefully and in a clear and transparent manner
• You play an active role in ensuring the quality of care
• You assist residents with eating, serving meals and

with mobility and in their daily lives

• You reliably carry out domestic tasks in the residential area
• You monitor the general state of health of the residents and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff
• You provide basic and personal care in a sensitive and respectful manner
• You work closely with the nursing staff as part of a team and follow their instructions

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational training programme, e.g. as a nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing aide (m/f/d), nursing support worker (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing support worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the care sector would be an advantage
• A positive attitude to work and inner balance are assets
• You communicate respectfully and empathetically with residents and colleagues
• You are characterised by an empathetic approach when dealing with older people
• You are willing to work shifts and at weekends
• You hold a Category B driving licence
• Reliability and a sense of responsibility when caring for people in need of care come naturally to you
