In-patient care assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will provide comprehensive, planned basic care for the residents
• You will document care procedures carefully and in a clear, traceable manner
• You’ll play an active role in ensuring the quality of care in the residential area
• You’ll assist residents with their meals and supervise mealtimes
• You’ll carry out domestic duties as part of the ward’s daily routine
• Together with the care team, you will ensure a safe and pleasant living environment

What we are looking for

• Ideally, you will have completed vocational training, e.g. as a care assistant (m/f/d), care aide (m/f/d), care assistant (m/f/d), specialist care assistant (m/f/d) or care support worker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in the care sector
• Your empathetic approach when dealing with older people speaks in your favour
• You have a positive attitude to work and communicate in a respectful manner
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts and at weekends
• You hold a Class B driving licence
