• You take customer concerns about car, home and family insurance by telephone and find suitable solutions
• In the next step, you organise and coordinate initial assistance measures for international customers:
• In addition, you will be responsible for e-mail and telephone correspondence with insurance companies, service providers and partners to clarify and process issues
• You will also process incoming invoices and ensure smooth processing
• You will ensure that all processes are fully documented

• You can bring experience in telephone customer service, but committed career changers (m/f/d) from areas such as the hotel industry, tourism, automotive industry, foreign language correspondence or call centres
• Ideally, you should have some knowledge of invoice processing or claims settlement
• Good oral and written German skills as well as advanced English skills are required
