• you will be involved in the planning and organisation of goods receipts
• you will be responsible for processing and posting goods receipts
• you will provide support with work preparation
• for working with the stock management system (in-house tool – AMS)
• General administrative tasks round off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or, alternatively, many years’ experience in the aforementioned field
• you have experience using MS Office and stock management systems
• your affinity for numbers is a strong point
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You have a clean criminal record
• You are characterised by diligence, a structured approach and a responsible way of working
