- You will carry out the dimensional inspection of incoming goods with the help of inspection cards and drawings
- You will be responsible for creating defect reports in the event of quality deviations and forwarding them to suppliers and/or clarifying the facts if necessary
- You will also be responsible for creating inspection cards according to drawings
- In addition, you will receive goods and check their completeness in the ERP system, before distributing them to the relevant departments
- You will also be responsible for picking and checking the completeness and dimensional accuracy of goods for dispatch based on production plans
- In addition, you will be responsible for preparing acceptance test certificates in accordance with 3.1 and 2.2 (EN 10204:2004) including the compilation of the associated material certificates, if these are required
- the preparation of initial sample test reports with associated documentation is also part of your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training in the warehouse/logistics sector, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in incoming goods
- You are confident with a caliper
- PC skills, especially in Word, are available
- you are comfortable posting in ERP systems
- valid work papers (work permit) and knowledge of spoken German are a prerequisite for employment
