• You will be responsible for the independent control and precise operation of overhead cranes throughout the large production hall
• You will also be responsible for the precise and professional hoisting of new reinforcement cages into the specified formwork moulds
• You will also actively support the workshop team in ensuring that all required formwork materials are delivered to the formwork sites on time
• Your duties will include the safe operation of the heavy concrete buckets throughout the entire concreting process
• You will also be responsible for the professional transport and proper storage of all finished precast concrete elements on the company premises
• Finally, you will regularly inspect all lifting equipment and work equipment used to ensure they are complete and free from visible defects

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a precast concrete worker (m/f/d), construction plant operator (m/f/d) or as a comparable qualified trade worker (m/f/d)
• You also have some initial practical experience in operating overhead cranes and, ideally, hold a valid crane operator’s licence
• A forklift licence and the ability to handle building materials safely are further assets to your profile
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure clear communication
• Furthermore, you consistently demonstrate a conscientious and meticulous approach to your work, as well as strong team spirit and a high degree of reliability
• To take up this position, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
