• In this role, you will carry out the preliminary design and concept development for industrial construction projects and produce the construction drawings for turnkey building projects
• You will draw up planning applications as part of design-and-build projects
• As part of the architectural team, you will design details and develop architectural concepts for commercial and industrial buildings
• You will handle the tendering and awarding of contracts for planned construction works
• You will clarify designs with subcontractors and product suppliers
• You will coordinate the projects from an architectural perspective
• You will carry out regular site visits to monitor construction progress and check that work is being carried out correctly on site
• You will support the cost estimation and procurement department by providing the necessary information on the designed details

• A degree in architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) forms the basis of your qualifications
• You have already gained at least five years’ professional experience as an architect (m/f/d) in turnkey industrial and commercial construction
• Several years’ professional experience with a focus on large-scale turnkey construction projects, as well as experience in planning and project management, are what set you apart
• Your profile includes sound IT skills in MS Office programmes and CAD applications such as Autodesk Revit and Nemetschek Allplan, as well as knowledge of tendering and scheduling software
• A Class B driving licence is essential
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• You are willing to travel across Germany 5 to 10 per cent of the time to construction projects and sites
• You are characterised by strong, open and motivational communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to work well in a team
• You will score highly with a structured and independent approach to work, a high level of self-motivation and intercultural competence
