• You will be responsible for testing and evaluating refractory mixes and mortars
• You will be responsible for sample preparation and processing, e.g. mixing, compacting, drying, firing
• You will also be responsible for determining consistency, workability and processing behaviour
• You will then carry out physical, thermal and mechanical tests in accordance with internal standards and DIN/EN/ISO standards
• The digital documentation and evaluation of all test results in the laboratory system form part of your daily tasks (completely paperless)
• Operating and maintaining laboratory and testing equipment, as well as working closely with Production and Development, round off your remit

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an industrial ceramist (m/f/d), materials tester (m/f/d), building materials tester (m/f/d), testing technologist (m/f/d), physics laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in a technical field
• You have a good grasp of how to use data analysis software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• Your professional experience in the above-mentioned field is an asset
• You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
