• You clean and disinfect machinery, equipment, production facilities and work surfaces in accordance with the specified hygiene and HACCP standards
• After cleaning, you check that the equipment is clean and document the work carried out, e.g. in cleaningand inspection logs
• You dispose of cleaning waste professionally and in an environmentally responsible manner
• Following the 7 steps of cleaning rounds off your role

• Previous experience in this field would be an advantage
• You are familiar with the HACCP standard and take a conscientious and responsible approach to food hygiene and cleaning
• handling pork and beef products does not pose any personal restrictions for you
• your command of German is sufficient for communication and enables you to interact confidently
• you are willing to work the night shift from 9 pm to 5 am, or longer if required
• You are known for your reliable and meticulous approach to work
