• You will purchase materials and services and source them as required
• You will process quotations and orders
• You will reliably monitor and coordinate delivery dates
• You will communicate regularly with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
• You prepare quotations, order confirmations and invoices in the system
• You maintain master and order data in the ERP system
• You actively support production planning and materials planning

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have professional experience in an industrial or mechanical engineering company
• you are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a strong technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, organisational skills, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
