• You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for repairs as well as UVV/DGUV inspections
• This involves coordinating and organising on-site inspections, service call-outs and installations
• You will also be responsible for processing, invoicing and tracking of services
• You will handle written and telephone correspondence with customers, suppliers and service technicians
• You will also be responsible for recording, maintaining and managing inspection and service data
• last but not least, your responsibilities also include sourcing spare parts and stock management

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are also confident in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German is also an asset
• You are characterised by a reliable and meticulous approach to work, as well as the ability to work well in a team
