• You will support the sales team in an office-based role and act as the first point of contact for customers and the field sales team for all enquiries relating to orders and products
• You will process customer enquiries promptly and, based on these, draw up quotations including price calculations
• As part of order management, you will enter customer orders into the ERP system, check them for completeness and accuracy, and approve them for processing
• You will monitor delivery dates, coordinate these with Purchasing, Production and Logistics, and inform customers of any changes
• You will support international customers by telephone and in writing, in English where necessary

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in internal sales or order management
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
