• You will plan the entire production requirements for semi-finished and finished parts in detail, whilst adhering to internal guidelines and processes
• Working closely with the planning department and other internal departments, you will ensure that production runs to schedule
• You will oversee the implementation planning and structural analysis, maintaining close contact with clients throughout
• You will coordinate operational processes in a targeted manner, thereby achieving high quality standards
• You monitor all ongoing production stages to ensure deliveries are made on time
• Throughout the project, you ensure smooth communication between the departments involved and the customers
• You will create and keep production orders, bills of materials and deadlines up to date in the ERP system
• Using the planning and design documents, you will check drawings and specifications and approve them for production
• You play an active role in optimising existing processes to increase efficiency

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), precast concrete technician (m/f/d) or architectural draughtsman (m/f/d)
• You have solid professional experience in building construction and in the industrial manufacture of precast concrete components
• You are highly proficient in industry-standard ERP software and MS Office
• You have native-level written and spoken German and excellent communication skills
• Your strengths include a high degree of organisational ability and a strong understanding of the logistics involved in complex processes
• You work in a reliable, goal-oriented and structured manner, including when collaborating with clients
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
