• You will take on commercial and administrative tasks in areas such as purchasing, sales, logistics or accounts
• In doing so, you will handle customer enquiries, quotes and orders reliably, right through to invoicing
• in consultation with Production and Warehouse, you will plan and coordinate the flow of materials and goods
• you will also assist with scheduling, data maintenance and the documentation of operational processes
• You will carefully compile reports and statistics, thereby supporting the specialist departments in their day-to-day operations
• In doing so, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have some initial professional experience in a commercial role and, ideally, have already worked in an industrial company
• You are confident using MS Office and ERP systems, such as SAP or Navision
• Your strong communication skills and organisational abilities help you to manage various tasks reliably
• You work independently, in a structured and meticulous manner
• You are a team player, have a strong sense of responsibility and a friendly manner
