• You will be responsible for checking, recording, confirmation and fulfilment of customer orders
• You will also be responsible for handling orders independently, in close coordination with relevant departments, in particular Sales, Production and Dispatch
• In doing so, you will also handle correspondence with customers
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and reporting on production and dispatch activities
• You will also ensure that the necessary documentation is provided to fulfil the order

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are fully proficient in using MS Office and SAP
• A basic understanding of technical matters is also one of your strengths
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and organised approach to your work
