• You will take orders over the phone and process them
• You will draw up quotations, delivery notes and invoices
• providing customer advice over the phone and handling complaints are also part of your role
• you’ll also coordinate appointments with hauliers, customers, suppliers and production management
• You will process maintenance contracts and ensure they are properly implemented
• Preparing dispatch documents and ensuring on-time dispatch are also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for sourcing goods from existing suppliers and handling complaints regarding deliveries
• You will keep a close eye on delivery dates and ensure reliable delivery

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in industry and in procurement would be an advantage
• You have experience in customer service or internal sales
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• A customer-focused approach comes naturally to you
• A meticulous and conscientious approach to your work rounds off your profile
