• You will be responsible for drafting and preparing quotations and order confirmations for spare parts and service orders
• Monitoring delivery dates for spare parts orders and issuing invoices will form part of your remit
• You will be responsible for providing customer support by telephone and in writing, as well as general office administration
• You will be responsible for maintaining master data and carrying out general administrative tasks

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You have gained professional experience in a commercial role, ideally in the industrial sector
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good written and spoken German and English are among your strengths
• You are a team player and are characterised by a friendly and confident manner on the phone and in conversation
