• You conduct negotiations with suppliers, compare conditions and ensure that purchase prices and delivery terms are optimised
• You place orders, check quotation details and consult with suppliers in the event of ambiguities or potential improvements
• You reliably record orders and maintain them in our ERP system
• You continuously update material levels, documents and order status digitally.
• You check invoices for correctness and forward them accordingly or give approvals

• You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company, ideally with a sound understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
• German language skills at native speaker level as well as business fluent written and spoken English for professional communication with our national and international business partners:inside are part of your portfolio
