YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You will carry out maintenance, repairs and servicing on our production machinery and building services equipment. You will analyse faults, rectify issues and document them. You will optimise systems in terms of availability, performance and hygiene. You will implement preventive maintenance (TPM, maintenance schedules) You will work with internal and external teams to carry out plant expansions You will provide technical guidance to workshop staff and support them in their day-to-day work You will coordinate external service providers and partners You will ensure the efficient planning of staff, tools and spare parts You ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and safety standards You support production and quality management during audits You implement maintenance and repair processes that comply with hygiene standards YOUR PROFILE: You are an Industrial Foreman in Mechatronics / Metalworking or, alternatively, a State-Certified Technician in Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or similar, or have many years’ experience in a comparable role. Several years’ experience in maintenance at an industrial or food processing facility. Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics. Experience in team leadership is an advantage. Knowledge of PLCs and drive technology, or a willingness to undertake further training
