• You will maintain, inspect and repair production plant and warehouse equipment
• In the event of mechanical faults, you will analyse the cause and rectify it promptly and professionally
• You carry out TIG and manual arc welding work independently on plant components and structures
• Through preventive maintenance, you ensure that production stoppages do not occur in the first place
• If plant breaks down unexpectedly, you resolve the fault quickly so that production can resume
• You replace wear parts and faulty assemblies and recommission machines and plant after repairs
• You document maintenance and repair work in a clear and traceable manner
• You comply with health and safety regulations in all your work and use the prescribed protective equipment when working at height; you also secure your work area

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a plant fitter (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or maintenance mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in industrial maintenance
• You have welding experience using TIG and manual arc welding methods and hold valid welding certificates (essential)
• Experience in the food industry would be an advantage
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level); a valid work permit is required
• You are willing to work shifts and be on-call
• You must be comfortable working at heights
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and ability to work independently
• You work meticulously and reliably adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
