Industrial fitter (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will service, repair and maintain production machinery and technical equipment
• You will independently identify and rectify faults during operation
• You will carry out modification and optimisation work on the equipment
• Mechanical and hydraulic maintenance work is also part of your responsibilities
• You check pneumatic systems and components to ensure they are in good working order
• You replace spare parts and wear parts as required and fit them correctly
• You will document the maintenance and repair work carried out
• You will work closely with other trades to minimise plant downtime

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a plant fitter (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the maintenance of production plant, ideally in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage
• You have at least a basic spoken command of the German language
• You are willing to work shifts
• You also have a vehicle to get to the workplace
• You are characterised by an independent and reliable approach to work
• A valid work permit is required
