• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the entire assembly department and coordinate the daily deployment of personnel in a targeted manner
• In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of all existing assembly processes, taking into account modern quality standards
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of all electrical and mechanical production facilities on site
• The active implementation of final inspections of the manufactured electromechanical drive systems are also part of your daily core tasks

• You have successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) specialising in electrical engineering
• A sound vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics forms the solid foundation of your professional qualification
• In addition, you have several years of practical experience in the maintenance of electrical systems and ideally some initial management experience
• You are confident in using common PC software and modern ERP systems.software and modern ERP systems characterise you in your day-to-day work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German for smooth communication with customers
• In addition, you have a structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong ability to work in a team and a high degree of flexibility
