• You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to staff in the production department
• You will plan and manage production processes, as well as the deployment of staff and materials, under your own responsibility
• You draw up shift and deployment schedules and adjust them as required to reflect the current order status
• You keep a close eye on quality, deadlines and productivity and ensure they are maintained during day-to-day operations
• You monitor and optimise processes, for example using continuous improvement measures and key performance indicators
• You mentor, train and assess new and existing staff
• You support junior staff during their training and pass on your specialist knowledge to them
• You liaise with work planning, maintenance, logistics and quality assurance

• You have successfully completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or Machining Technician (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in managing staff in a production environment
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisive judgements during day-to-day operations
• You work meticulously and adhere to guidelines on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection
• A basic spoken knowledge of German is part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are characterised by strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured approach to your work
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
