• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
• you already have experience in employee management
• you also score points with knowledge of modern manufacturing processes
• you can read technical drawings and work according to them
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German
