• You will provide disciplinary and technical guidance to staff in the production area
• You will supervise the manufacturing processes, drawing on your practical knowledge of common welding methods, particularly MAG welding
• You will support young managers and provide them with targeted professional development
• You will ensure that production runs to schedule and that quality standards are met
• You plan the early shift rota and coordinate the two-shift operation

• You have completed a master craftsman’s apprenticeship in the metalworking sector or hold an equivalent qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or department manager (m/f/d) in a production environment, combined with disciplinary management responsibility
• You have basic IT skills and are confident using MS Office
• You speak and write German well
• You are happy to work the early shift and, by arrangement, in a two-shift system
• You are characterised by strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a confident and approachable manner
• You live in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
