• You will be responsible for operating and monitoring technical equipment, machines and plant to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process in ammunition production and to meet production targets
• you will also be responsible for loading machines and plant and ensuring a constant supply of materials so that production can continue without interruption
• You will also closely monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions at an early stage, thereby minimising downtime and increasing productivity
• Your duties also include the rapid and effective resolution of minor malfunctions on the machines, as well as the repair of faults, to ensure high plant availability
• As part of your role, you will assist with the removal of finished products and their proper packaging and storage, so that they are ready for onward transport
• Finally, you will be responsible for the precise management and monitoring of process flows, as well as carrying out production and quality controls to guarantee high standards of product quality

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC machine operator (m/f/d) or plant and machinery operator (m/f/d) and possess a comparable qualification
• you also have a strong technical understanding, enabling you to operate and monitor complex plant and machinery
• Your strong written and spoken German skills are a key strength, as these are essential for communicating with colleagues and line managers in a shift-based environment
• Finally, you are willing to work shifts to support fully continuous production
• You can provide a clean criminal record certificate, which is essential for working in a security-sensitive environment
