Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will prepare mounting plates and housings for final assembly and machine them by drilling, sawing and milling in accordance with assembly drawings
• You will assemble mechanical components in switch cabinet construction and in the HMI sector
• You will operate CNC-controlled and conventional machines confidently as part of the ongoing production process
• You will operate the laser cutting machine to cut components to size
• Where required, you will assist in other departments, primarily in pre-assembly
• You will carry out cable pre-assembly as well as simple assembly tasks
• You will check workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality in accordance with specifications
• You will set up and reconfigure machines for the respective machining job

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision engineer (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of CNC-controlled and conventional machinery, such as milling and turning machines, as well as laser cutting systems
• Initial mechanical experience in control cabinet construction would be an advantage
• You confidently apply good computer skills in your day-to-day work
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a precise, independent and meticulous approach to your work
• You impress with your flexibility, resilience and ability to work as part of a team
