• You ensure system availability through meticulous maintenance and repair work, as well as format changes. In this way, you make a significant contribution to a smooth production process
• when it comes to troubleshooting, including detailed root cause analysis, and you develop preventative measures to avoid future breakdowns
• You carry out repairs and maintenance independently and provide valuable support in optimising the packaging lines, where you play an active role and contribute your specialist knowledge
• you also supervise and manage the machine and plant operators (m/f/d) on your shift
• you are constantly on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and drive the continuous optimisation of our processes, plant and plant control systems

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational training programme in a mechanical field, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machine fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable profession
• Initial relevant work experience in a similar field, such as maintenance and repair, ideally in a manufacturing company, would be an advantage
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are willing to work shifts to ensure smooth operations and continuous production
