• You will be responsible for the professional pre-assembly of an escalator or moving walkway
• You will be responsible for the precise adjustment of the entire guide system
• You will independently oversee the fitting of comb plates and frames for standard escalators
• As part of your role, you will assist with the test run and final commissioning of the installations
• The manual installation of the step belt and plinths is also part of your duties
• Finally, you carry out any necessary dismantling work on existing systems safely and professionally

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a

industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d),

precision mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have at least one year’s solid professional experience in the field of assembly
• you hold a crane operator’s licence
• you are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
