• You will carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on machine tools and production plant
• You will also carry out maintenance and repair work on building services
• You carry out your work independently and meticulously in accordance with maintenance schedules and work orders
• You analyse faults and defects in machinery and plant, pinpoint the cause and rectify them
• You replace wear parts and faulty components and then recommission the plant
• During conversion and modernisation projects, you will work closely with the Electrical Engineering and Application Engineering departments
• You will read technical drawings and plans and apply them in your work
• You use measuring tools to check dimensions and tolerances and ensure the quality of your work
• You carry out assembly and maintenance work on pneumatic and hydraulic components, including welding where necessary

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machine fitter (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the maintenance and repair of machine tools and production plant
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics, as well as welding, is desirable
• You can read technical drawings confidently and are proficient in using measuring tools
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit is required
• You work independently, reliably and meticulously
