• You set up production machinery for the manufacture of plastic products and configure it to meet the requirements of the respective production orders
• You monitor ongoing production processes and ensure that all quality standards are met
• You will optimise production processes to increase efficiency and minimise downtime
• You will identify faults and malfunctions in the machinery at an early stage and rectify them independently
• You will assist with maintenance and repair work on the production equipment
• You will work closely with the production team to continuously improve work processes
• You will document work processes and results carefully and in a traceable manner

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Team spirit, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strong points
