• You repair mechanical plant components and restore them to full working order
• You carry out professional repairs on individual assemblies and machine parts
• In the event of malfunctions, you carry out diagnostics and systematically narrow down the causes of faults
• You carry out repair welding carefully and in accordance with specifications
• You modernise and upgrade systems and system components in accordance with specifications
• You commission plant independently and check that it is functioning correctly
• You read technical drawings and circuit diagrams and apply them in your work
• You carry out maintenance and servicing work on machinery and plant in accordance with the schedule
• You document the work carried out in a traceable manner, whilst complying with the applicable safety and quality regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical plant and machinery
• You can confidently read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level) and hold a valid work permit
• You are characterised by an independent, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
