• In this role, you will independently set up, configure and operate CNC-controlled and conventional lathes, milling machines and grinding machines
• You will be responsible for the production of complex sealing components in small batches with a wide variety of materials
• You will be responsible for optimising and adapting CNC programmes directly on the machine
• You will carry out ongoing workpiece monitoring as well as visual and metrological inspections in accordance with quality specifications

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), a turner/miller (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification in the metalworking sector – you are also very welcome as a motivated career changer with a background in manual trades
• You have sound practical experience in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as the ability to read technical drawings confidently
• You are flexible when it comes to working shifts
• A strong focus on quality, reliability and a passion for working as part of a team are second nature to you
• you are willing to support neighbouring production areas when required
• good German language skills and a valid work permit round off your profile
