• You manufacture epoxy resin insulators for the medium-voltage range
• You set up and operate ADG moulding machines for thermosetting moulding materials during production
• You will install and remove components and moulding tools in a professional manner
• You will clean the ADG moulds regularly and maintain them carefully
• During the production process, you monitor plant and machine parameters and take action in the event of deviations
• You document process and machine data in a traceable and comprehensive manner
• You inspect the manufactured insulators for visible quality defects and report any anomalies to the relevant departments
• Whilst working, you comply with the applicable health and safety regulations and ensure a clean workplace

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a materials tester (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have experience in operating production machinery or plant
• You work carefully and precisely, particularly when cleaning and maintaining moulding tools
• You have a technical understanding of machine and plant parameters
• You have a basic spoken command of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit completes your profile
