• You will install, maintain and carry out professional repairs on medical technology systems and assemblies, as well as Zeiss and laser systems, both at the factory and on-site at the customer’s premises
• In addition, you will be out on field service calls in the DACH region approximately once a month, analysing and rectifying faults and errors independently
• You will plan your field assignments and workshop orders independently and coordinate closely with the team
• You will confidently implement technical drawings and work instructions, and carry out the independent assembly and commissioning of the systems
• You will document service and repair work digitally and act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d) or hold an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have experience working with medical technology, Zeiss or laser systems, or be willing to familiarise yourself thoroughly with these specialist areas
• You can interpret technical drawings and instructions confidently and reliably
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You are naturally willing to undertake regular field assignments, approximately once a month in the DACH region
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by an independent approach to work, structured task planning and a high level of reliability
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, solution-oriented manner when dealing with customers round off your profile
