• You will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling gearboxes for repair
• You will also be responsible for assembling new gearboxes and fabricating pipework in accordance with drawings and parts lists
• pre-assembly of sub-assemblies also falls within your remit
• you are responsible for carrying out test runs on partially assembled units
• you are responsible for mechanical machining such as turning, milling and grinding of components
• Cleaning the machinery used rounds off your role

• You have completed a vocational training programme, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in assembly
• your manual dexterity is a strong point
• knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• you are a team player with an open approach to work
