• You set up the machines and equipment used in waveguide production and operate them independently
• You continuously monitor the production process, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met
• During changeovers, you switch all production equipment over to the next product
• You make adjustments and settings to the machines, thereby optimising plant operation
• You prepare workflows to ensure production can start smoothly
• You inspect and maintain the equipment regularly and carry out minor repairs independently

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d),

industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification

• you have experience in setting up and operating machinery and equipment in production
• you are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
