• You will be responsible for independently setting up, changing over and operating modern CNC-controlled and conventional lathes, milling machines and grinding machines
• You will be responsible for the production of complex sealing components in small batches using a wide variety of materials
• Optimising and adapting CNC programmes directly on the machine will also form part of your role
• You will be responsible for ongoing workpiece monitoring and visual and metrological inspections in accordance with quality specifications
• Where required, you will provide support in adjacent production areas

• You have completed vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d), a lathe operator (m/f/d), milling machinist (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification in the metalworking sector
• As a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with a background in manual trades, you are also very welcome
• you have sound practical experience in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as the ability to read technical drawings confidently
• knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
