• You will transport materials, parts and components safely around the shipyard site between warehouses, halls and workstations
• You will operate hall and overhead cranes independently and lift loads correctly in order to position them
• Depending on the task, you use industrial trucks to transport and load heavy components
• You secure loads using suitable slings, whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable safety regulations
• You will make materials and components available on time at the production and assembly areas
• Before each operation, you will check cranes, vehicles and lifting gear to ensure they are in good working order and report any defects

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a woodworking mechanic (m/f/d), joiner (m/f/d), construction fitter (m/f/d), industrial fitter (m/f/d) or marine engineer (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you hold a licence to operate industrial trucks, cranes and aerial work platforms
• You have experience in the safe transport and operation of overhead and gantry cranes
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a precise and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
