• You will assemble and dismantle fittings in accordance with the customer’s technical and safety-related specifications
• You will carry out mechanical machining of fitting components as part of their repair in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements
• Furthermore, you carry out the cleaning and preparation of fittings for further repair work with precision and care
• In addition, you inspect the fittings in accordance with standards, document the tests on the test bench and observe all relevant requirements of the HSEQ standard
• In your role, you will replace spare and wear parts and adapt them individually to the respective area of application
• Finally, you will carry out calibration, alignment and adjustment work independently, whilst always observing the project-specific requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or machinery and plant operator (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ professional experience in the repair and assembly of valves in industrial applications
• you are familiar with documenting technical tests and have experience of working with test benches and machine tools
• good to very good written and spoken German is part of your skill set
• You are also able to compile technical documentation independently
• A high degree of reliability and a strong sense of responsibility in all work processes relating to valve technology are second nature to you
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
