• You will assemble and dismantle fittings in accordance with the customer’s technical and safety specifications
• You will carry out mechanical machining of valve components as part of their repair in accordance with applicable standards and requirements
• You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing valves for further repair
• You will inspect the valves in accordance with standards, document the tests on the test bench and comply with all relevant requirements of the HSEQ standard
• You will replace spare and wear parts and adapt them individually to the respective area of application
• You carry out calibration, alignment and adjustment work independently, whilst always adhering to project-specific requirements
• You record and document technical documentation independently as part of the refurbishment processes

• You have completed training as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

mechatronics technician

 (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have several years’ professional experience in the maintenance and assembly of valves in industrial applications
• you are familiar with the documentation of technical tests and have knowledge of working with test benches and machine tools
• you can read technical drawings and work to them
• you have a good command of German, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
